FAQs
The formula has been designed with the Japanese skin sensitive to irritation in mind, and we have conducted patch tests on Japanese people with sensitive skin (this does not mean that irritation will not occur in all people). If this happens, try using a small amount after conditioning your skin with lotion.
NAlthough fragrance-free, it has a unique retinoid scent.
Retinoids are sensitive to UV rays, so Reticerum HPR 0.1%, which contains 0.1% retinoid, is recommended to be used at night. If you use it during the day, please take proper measures against UV rays.
Skin is more sensitive than usual after using Peel Care Serum. If using Retinoid at the same time, please use it on alternate days according to the skin condition, avoid using it on the same day. If you are using retinol for the first time, avoid Peel Care Serum when starting Retinoid. Increase the amount and frequency of your retinol serum while monitoring your skin's condition, and once you're sure your skin's condition is stable, try the combination on another day. If you have sensitive skin, avoid using both and choose Peel Care or Retinoid depending on your skin condition.
Depending on the amount used at a time, it can be used for about 1.5 to 2 months if used every night.
No problem. We also recommend using vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. If you are using retinol for the first time, we recommend that you do not use any other serums when you start using Reticerum, and check the condition of your skin with simple moisturizing skin care.
